The selected individual is responsible for creating a dynamic, engaging, and supportive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of students. This educator will plan and deliver standards-based, high-quality instruction across core subjects while fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture and high expectations for all learners.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor''s degree in Education or related field.
Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license for Elementary Education (e.g., #1776).
Strong instructional, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with diverse learners and differentiated instruction.
Effective classroom management and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with PBIS, RTI/MTSS, and culturally responsive teaching, preferred.
