Description:

The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award-winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Teacher - Multiple Disabilities position for Milford Brook School with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

• NJ Certification(s)

• Teacher of the Handicapped (2470) or

• Elementary School Teacher (1000 or 1001)& Students Students with Disabilities (2475)

• Experience working with students with multiple disabilities

• Experience writing IEPs

• Able to provide consistent prompting, reinforcement, and skill generalization

• Able to adapt curriculum, materials, and activities for varied cognitive, sensory, and communication needs

• Experience using data to monitor student progress and behavior

Terms of Employment:

• 10 - Months
• Full-Time Position
• Tenure Track
• Minimum Salary Range - $62,600 - $69,250 pending MEEA negotiations
• Contract terms, salary, and benefits as established by the MEEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
