What You''ll Do:
Deliver standards-based general music instruction aligned to Wisconsin DPI Music Standards.
Teach music literacy, rhythm, melody, harmony, history, and appreciation.
Promote inclusivity through diverse music genres and cultural representation.
Manage a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
Lead school performances and support extracurricular music activities.
Collaborate with staff and participate in professional development.
What You''ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in Music Education (K-12) (#1777 or #1088)
Experience teaching music at the elementary level preferred
Strong vocal and/or instrumental proficiency
Excellent communication, classroom management, and tech integration skills
