Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the CLI curriculum
- Lead and oversee curricular instructional goal-setting and long-term planning
- Directly manage and coach PreK-3 and PreK-4 teachers to deliver quality early childhood instruction
- Collaborate with teachers to internalize lesson and instructional materials
- Coach teachers to develop clear and consistent instructional classroom expectations, routines, and methods through the observation feedback cycle
- Observe and model components within the curriculum
- Plan and lead weekly collaborative planning and individual coaching meetings with teachers
- Support CLI test administration and progress monitoring
- Analyze formative and summative data to inform instructional practices and provide targeted support to scholars
- Monitor scholars progress toward benchmark goals
- Create and facilitate professional development based on observed trends and best practices
- Attend and support school-wide events
- Support teachers in providing family resources and homework aligned with classroom instruction
- Collaborate with the campus instructional leadership team to discuss trends and alignment across grade levels
- Support in ordering and disseminating materials
- Exemplify, model, and hold all teachers accountable to the pillars of our staff culture rubric
- Support scholar culture, cultivate positive relationships, and model restorative practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience
- Track record of academic success
- Strong ability to build relationships with teachers, scholars, and families
Additional Considerations:
- Masters Degree
- Experience coaching or knowledge of T-TESS and the Get Better Faster Framework
- Experience leading a team and coaching others in academic and behavioral best practices
- Experience in leading and creating professional development

- Hold all scholars to the highest expectations to ensure upper elementary readiness
- Ability to use data to inform instructional practices
- Excellent classroom management and teaching skills
