Job Title: Part-Time Virtual ENL Teacher
Location: Virtual (Indiana) - near Carmel, Indiana preferred
Pay Rate: Starting at $40.00/hour
Schedule: Approximately 1 hour per week (flexible schedule)
Position Overview:
Birch Agency is seeking a qualified Virtual ENL Teacher to provide consultative services for two students in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator looking for a flexible, part-time role while making a meaningful impact on student success.
The primary responsibility will be supporting a 7th-grade student with bilateral hearing loss through weekly virtual consultation. Duties include monitoring academic progress, reviewing pacing within coursework, assessing the need for additional instructional resources, and collaborating as needed to support the student's educational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Indiana Educator License with an ENL endorsement
Experience providing virtual instruction or consultation preferred
Prior experience with WEDA assessments
Familiarity with Edgenuity is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
