Pay Rate: W2, hourly;starting at $45/hour (based on experience)
Description:
Looking for a role where your expertise helps students build independence and succeed in school? We re seeking a Part-Time, In-person Occupational Therapist (OT) for the upcoming school year. This role is based in Muncie primarily serving elementary students, with a smaller population of middle and high school learners and offers a consistent schedule of half days 2 days/week, supporting a manageable caseload of approximately 25 30 students.
You ll work in a collaborative, student centered environment with access to a dedicated sensory room, supporting students motor, sensory, and functional needs to help them fully access their learning environment.

What you ll need:
Master s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Indiana OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in a school setting (preferred)
Ability to complete evaluations as needed
Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal development
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
Conduct student evaluations and re evaluations as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Utilize sensory room resources to support student needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
