Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small-group settings
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Assist with screenings, materials preparation, and classroom collaboration
Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
Adhere to state and district guidelines under the supervision of the licensed SLP
Active Illinois SLPA license
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
