Job Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Brighton, MI

Pay Rate: Starting at $50 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: School-Based, Full-Time

Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in Brighton, Michigan, supporting an elementary caseload for the 2026-27 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with younger learners in a collaborative school setting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide speech and language therapy services to early childhood and elementary students
  
• 
  Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
  
• 
  Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
  
• 
  Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
  
• 
  Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license
  
• 
  ASHA CCCs preferred
  
• 
  School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  
• 
  Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
