QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Experience with school-based systems such as Qmlativ (student records) and Frontline (substitute management) preferred.
- Ability to monitor and support success plans related to student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Accurate/efficient data entry skills required for documenting attendance, discipline, etc. required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Professionalism, dependability, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with parents/guardians, students, staff and the public from a diverse cultural, social and economic background.
- Previous successful office experience highly preferred.
- Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
RCW 49.58.110 REQUIREMENTS
Hourly Rate: $20.17 $23.36 per hour (Depending on education & experience)
