- managing complex calendars, coordinating events, handling travel and expenses, supporting projects, and facilitating meetings.
- Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1+ year relevant experience, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Key attributes: excellent communication, active listening, patience, and people-oriented attitude.
- Work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
