You'll reduce barriers and inspire participation, growing Habitat's volunteer base and housing program applicants, enabling Greater Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity to build and repair more homes and assist more people on their journey out of poverty. Project objectives include: 1) OUTREACH STRATEGY - Develop a community-informed outreach strategy by identifying underrepresented groups and barriers to participation. 2) HABITAT STORIES - As part of the strategy to connect with underrepresented communities and increase participation, capture and share stories about volunteers, homeowners, and other program participants. CAMPAIGN LAUNCH AND ASSESSMENT - Initiate outreach efforts and track outcomes, resulting in replicable outreach strategies. BENEFITS include 30-hour work week and hybrid schedule.
