Program Overview & What You’ll Gain
The Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) Analyst Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed to accelerate early-career talent into future business leaders at Wells Fargo. Building on the foundation established during the internship program, analysts gain meaningful exposure across Consumer Banking, Lending, and Business Services through a combination of challenging business assignments, structured development, and executive engagement.
The program begins with a comprehensive onboarding and training experience, followed by three eight-month rotations that provide broad exposure to key areas of the business. Analysts work alongside industry leaders to solve complex business challenges, leverage data-driven insights, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop expertise in areas such as product management, credit, analytics, customer strategy, operations, transformation, and/or risk management.
Throughout the program, analysts benefit from dedicated program support, ongoing professional development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and direct access to senior leaders. By the conclusion of the program, participants will have developed a strong enterprise mindset, a diverse professional network, and the skills needed to drive meaningful impact across Wells Fargo.
