    2027 Corporate Banking Full-Time Analyst Program

    A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transaction banking, corporate and transaction banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, and equity and fixed income solutions - including sales, trading, and research capabilities - to corporate and institutional clients. 

    Corporate Banking  
    Delivers a comprehensive suite of strategic credit, risk management, and treasury management solutions to large-cap publicly traded companies across industry sectors, financial sponsors, and other institutional clients. 

    Program overview 

    The Corporate Banking Analyst Program is a full-time experience designed for undergraduates beginning their career in banking. You will be aligned to a coverage or product group, where you will contribute to client work, develop financial and credit expertise, and support relationship management efforts.  

    From day one, you will gain exposure to live deals, build relationships with clients and senior bankers, and strengthen their technical skills through applied experience. 

    What to expect 

    You will begin with six to seven weeks of structured classroom training, covering accounting, credit analysis, corporate valuation, and financial modelling.  

    Following training, you will step into day-to-day responsibilities, which may include: 

    • Conducting company and industry research 

    • Analyzing historical financial performance and modeling future outcomes to assess credit risk 

    • Creating client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint 

    • Assisting in preparing credit underwriting presentations for Risk Committee approval 

    • Monitoring client developments and preparing updates for leadership 

    Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support your development.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027 

    • Successful completion of 2026 Corporate Banking Analyst Program

    • Strong academic achievement 

    • Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets 

    • Strong analytical and communication skills 

    • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility 

    • Relevant internship experience 

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

    Program locations 

    Primary locations include Charlotte, New York, and Houston. 

    Pay range 

    $100,000 annually across all locations.

Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

      Pay Range
       

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

      $90,000.00 - $150,000.00
