NOTICE OF POSITION : JH Assistant Volleyball Coach

Rate: In accordance with placement Extra- Curricular Salary Schedule

Applicant must be 21 years of age or older

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Report to the head coach, assist the head coach in carrying out coaching and responsibilities.
2. Work cooperatively with coaches, staff, and athletic director.
3. Acceptable clearance of criminal history fingerprint check through Washington State Patrol and the F.B.I.
4. Ensure that facilities and equipment are properly taken care of.
5. Help prepare roster and necessary eligibility information
6. Have a first aid card. See that first aid equipment is available at all times.
7. Must complete all WIAA coaching clinics PRIOR to the start of the 1st practice.
8. Yearly Safe School Vector training
9. Be aware of the physical condition of players at all times.
10. Help maintain strict travel conduct of students.
11. Help maintain equipment inventories.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Coaching experience preferred.
2. Physical ability to perform the tasks involved.
3. The ability to get along with other people and students
