The Fan Experience Representative role is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service during match days and events at Sports Illustrated Stadium.
Responsibilities include engaging with fans, providing accurate information, solving problems, representing the organization positively, creating fun interactions, and assisting with promotions and departmental needs.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, high energy, initiative, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and bilingual abilities are advantageous. Knowledge of MLS or the team is beneficial but not required.
