Rate: $21.00 per hour (non-exempt)
Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management (Westdale) is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We focus on acquiring, managing and developing investment opportunities including multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use. We are seeking a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources to work with us this summer in our corporate office near downtown Dallas at The Epic.
Requirements
- Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to focus.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work 24-32 hours per week in the office during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm). Commuting to our office is required. This position 100% on-site. There is no remote or hybrid option.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States. (Westdale is unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.)
Position Duties
Assignments will vary across multiple Human Resource functions such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance.
