Program Goal Summer Partners for Language and Learning SPELL provides Multilingual Learners theme-based language development experiences in the morning and enrichment activities provided by community partners in the afternoon.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Multilingual Learner classrooms • Ability to collaborate with teachers in the delivery of theme-based language and content integrated curriculum aligned to WIDA framework • Ability to support student learning in small groups and one on one • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for students • Bilingual/multilingual and ability to communicate with diverse students and families
Terms of Employment
• Seasonal: Yearly Appointment • Summer School Program Schedule: July 6, 2026 - July 31, 2026 • Rate: $25.00 per hour • Monday through Friday: 8 am - 1 pm
Professional Development
SPELL program professional development for all SPELL staff will take place in the last week on June or first week of July.
