JOB SUMMARY
Kutak Rock LLP is seeking 2Ls for 2027 summer associate/law clerk opportunities with the firm's Omaha office. The Omaha office includes the Corporate, Litigation, Public Finance, Tax Credits, and Real Estate & Finance Departments, which span several practice groups. The Omaha 2L summer program is a 12-week program from late May to mid-August.
Summer associates should possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional research and writing skills;
- Strong critical-thinking and issue-spotting skills;
- Time and case management skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate thoroughly and meet deadlines; and
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues, including staff.
