You''ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Analyzing complex business challenges and developing actionable, data-driven solutions that support business objectives.
- Applying programming, data analysis, visualization, and data science tools to generate insights and solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentors, and business partners to deliver project outcomes within an agile, global IT environment.
- Contributing to team initiatives, project backlogs, and technology-focused projects that create value across the organization.
- Expanding technical and professional capabilities through hands-on learning, mentorship, networking opportunities, and peer collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited institution.
- Actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program at the time of application and throughout the internship.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, C#, C++, Java, or similar technologies.
- Preferred academic standing for this position: Rising Sophomore, graduating Winter 2028 or Spring 2029.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The company will not offer sponsorships or work visas now or in the future for this role

- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage project work with evolving requirements and ambiguity while adapting to changing priorities.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a desire to continuously develop technical and professional skills.
- Exposure to machine learning, data visualization, cloud technologies, big data tools, software development, or related technical disciplines.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Security and Risk Analysis, Data Science, Analytics, or other related STEM disciplines.
