POSITION TITLE: 2027 Global Transfer Agent/Vendor Management Intern

DEPARTMENT: Client Services - Global Transfer Agent/Vendor Management

• Federated Hermes Summer Internship Program gives students real hands-on experience, professional skill-building, and direct access to talented leaders across the firm. Youll gain valuable insight into the asset management industry, build your network, and take part in engaging events throughout the summer designed to foster collaboration, connect you with the firm and your fellow interns.

Purpose of the Internship:

As a Vendor Management Intern, you will receive a broad and in-depth understanding of the Client Services Department through assisting completion of projects that support corporate initiatives.

Major Duties:

• Assist with internal website, SharePoint data and department online file organization
• Assist with PlanView database for project management
• Assist with invoice processing
• Assist with Business Continuity Plan reviews
• Complete daily status reports

Hours/location:

• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Federated Hermes - Warrendale, PA 15086
• Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

Explanatory Comments:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
• Solid oral and written communication skills

Position Specifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Products including Word and Excel preferred
• COMMENCEMENT DATE: 09/15/2026
