Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
• can explain ideas clearly, whether it's summarizing findings, asking good questions, or sharing your thoughts in a way others understand
• adapts easily to changing priorities and remains organized when allocated multiple tasks
• acts with integrity, enjoys working with others, and shows curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

We welcome applicants studying for a degree in any field, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry and how risks and controls are being managed. Initial practical experience in audit, risk, compliance, or data analysis is an advantage - but curiosity and the ability to think analytically are what matter most. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
