We foster a culture where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and innovation drives real-world solutions. + Analyze manufacturing systems and processes to drive data-based decision making. + Utilize cross-functional resources for improvement efforts. + Use of 1 software environments for data analytics such as performance stability, confidence interval determination, outcome prediction, sample size determination. + Gather data manually or via implementation of a measuring system such as time studies, data mining from systems, or through SAP. + Use lean principles such as waste identification and elimination, theory of constraints, and 1-piece flow to evaluate opportunities for improvement. + Develop assigned projects by including measurement system needs, resource requirements, and expected outcomes. + Implement business strategic initiatives in a sustainable manner by working with cross functional teams and communicating with key stakeholders. + Evaluate physical workstations and layouts for ergonomic improvements, waste, repeatability, visual management, and operator satisfaction. + Recommend material storage and presentation methods to the assembly line.
