• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalency is required. • Currently enrolled in the pursuit of a degree toward a BS in Engineering / Management. • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook. • Casting or metal fabrication experience preferred.JOB SUMMARY

This position will support manufacturing through process control & improvement initiatives, assume responsibility for integrity for assigned products, establishes & maintains external & internal customer contacts, documents & prepares part specific work instructions & maintain knowledge of job cost & develop/implement appropriate plans to improve profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop new, and refine existing investment casting product to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs. • Support manufacturing in the producing of castings through all operations. • Assist engineering / manufacturing in the completion of assigned projects.
