2027 Summer Intern - Global Accounting

About the role:

As a Global Accounting Intern you will provide support to the Global Accounting & Close team with the closing administration functions by assisting with preparing journal entries, cost distributions and assuring completion to journal entry closing check lists for the Global Accounting & Close organization.

You will report to the Accounting Manager and be located at Cranberry. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support with the preparation of the closing checklist in Blackline and the accounting calendar
• Help post legacy non-SAP entitys trial balance feeds from non-US locations into SAP including mapping of legacy accounts
• Help prepare Blackline account reconciliations and journal entries for accounts under Global Accounting & Close organization
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in existing business practices and create standard operating procedures documentation

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• Completed Sophomore year of college

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00 to $26.30 per hour.
