Position Summary

Placement Area

Apparel Development / Technical Design

As an Apparel Development & Technical Design Rookie, youll help bring innovative apparel products from concept to creation. Working alongside design, merchandising, sourcing, and product development teams, youll support the product creation process through fit evaluations, garment construction, technical specifications, and development execution. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, youll gain exposure to how performance apparel is designed, developed, tested, and brought to market. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Development, Product Development, Textile Science, or related fields.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

• Baltimore, MD headquarters office
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.
