2027 Summer Management Internship - Distribution Center

1st shift (approx. 6-7 am until 3-4 pm)

2nd shift (approx. 3-4 pm until 12-1 am)

A 12-weeks PAID hands-on training experience at our Eau Claire Menards Distribution Center.

This internship will run approximately May 2027 - August 2027.

Collaborate with management to -

• Conduct team meetings
• Research new product
• Analyze goals, needs & opportunities
• Develop management skills

Qualifications -

• Within THREE semesters of graduation
• Open to work 32 hours per week during the summer
• Desire to pursue a management career.
• Pursuing a bachelor''s degree in one of the areas of interest.
