About the Supply, Trading, and Shipping Graduate Program:
Early careers who join the Supply, Trading & Shipping early careers program will follow one of these tracks: trading, analytics, operations, and commercial. Early careers will follow a structured development offer to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience, knowledge, and application in the business world. The program supports transition from university to discipline professional and provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness skills. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Working toward Bachelor’s degree

• Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027  

• Current Cumulative GPA Minimum 3.0 

• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (bp will not support U.S. Immigration sponsorship for full-time or long-term employment) 

• Must be available to start on agreed upon global program start dates (January 19, 2027 or June 21, 2027). 

Key skills required include:

• Ability to work and pivot when needed in a fast-paced environment with specific timelines

• Ability to foster strong relationships with team members and across the supporting teams 

• Strong analytical skills and not afraid to challenge viewpoints to ultimate create the strongest outcome  

• Time management and ability to handle competing priorities

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

• This role pays $85,000, based on the minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree
