Summary
TFC Summer Internship Experience - May 24th to July 30th
Are you a student interested in design, creative strategy, visual storytelling, or marketing and curious about how creative ideas become memorable brand experiences? Join The Freeman Company for a 10-week summer internship experience where you'll contribute to real projects, learn alongside industry professionals, build your network, and participate in professional development throughout the summer. Working in Creative Services, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to one of our industry-leading brands: The Freeman Company , Sparks , or mdg . You'll collaborate with designers, strategists, marketers, and other creative professionals while gaining exposure to real client work.
Depending on your role and company, you may support:
+ Creative & Strategic Design (TFC): Develop experiential design concepts and visual solutions. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
+ Environmental Design (Sparks): Bring immersive environments to life through 3D modeling, rendering, drafting, and design presentations. Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, V-Ray, Vantage, and Enscape
+ Graphic Design (Sparks): Create visual solutions for events and branded experiences through environmental graphics, production layouts, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
+ Account Services (mdg): Support client programs, integrated marketing campaigns, research, and campaign execution. Experience with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and digital collaboration tools
This position will support Creative Services (Sparks and mdg) teams. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of:

+ Philadelphia, PA
+ New York City, NY
+ Orlando, FL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your experience will vary based on your role, but you may:
+ Contribute to real client, creative, design, and marketing projects
+ Collaborate with designers, strategists, marketers, and cross-functional teams
+ Support concept development, research, campaign planning, and presentations
+ Create visual assets, layouts, renderings, presentations, or client deliverables
+ See how strategy, design, and storytelling transform ideas into experiences
Education & Experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for students who are creative, curious, collaborative, and excited to turn ideas into meaningful experiences. Ideal candidates are:
+ Completing their college degree or program between December 2027 and May 2028
+ Majors in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Design Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related programs
+ Interested in experiential design, creative strategy, visual storytelling, marketing, or client services
+ Strong collaborators with creative thinking, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
+ Proficient with the creative, design, marketing, or digital tools relevant to their internship area
