The Program seeks intelligent, mature individuals with the desire and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job. In addition, Summer Analysts must demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and have the intellectual desire to learn and work hard.As part of the Program, Summer Analysts will provide value-add analysis and research as part of the Strategic, Defense & Shareholder Advisory team within the Advisory business. In this role, the Analyst will create materials regarding hostile activity, shareholder activism, shareholder engagement and corporate governance for use in client presentations, internal meetings, and marketing initiatives. The Analyst will work on live activism and raid defense situations, contested M&A and special committee assignments, as well as perform analysis on identifying companies' potential vulnerabilities to activist shareholders or potential acquirers.
