Job Description:

The Atlanta office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate with two to five years of experience for its fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience researching and drafting briefs and motions (motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.).
• Experience taking and defending depositions (even if second chair).
• Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
• Experience preparing cases for trial.
• Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either in state or federal courts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.
