Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate sales floor coverage and operational efficiency nt
• Oversee visual merchandising standards, working closely with the Visual Coordinator and Corporate Visual Team to maintain brand consistency nt
• Coordinate floor moves and product placement in collaboration with Corporate Visual, AGM of Operations, and local teams nt
• Act as Manager on Duty, performing opening and closing responsibilities for the entire retail location nt
• Gain full proficiency in operational systems, including POS, StoreForce, ADP, Aptos, and PowerDMS nt
• Provide sales leadership and coaching, ensuring staff are motivated and meeting sales goals nt
• Support the AGM of Operations by assisting with stock management, facilities coordination, and inventory control as needed nt
• Ensure customer service excellence, addressing escalated customer concerns and implementing best practices for the team nt
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention strategies nt
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager n

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Management, Retail, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred nt
• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit, high-volume retail environment (travel retail experience is a plus) nt
• 1+ years of experience in a management or leadership role nt
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead a results-oriented team nt
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment nt
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills nt
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail software systems nt
• TAM Card (Alcohol Beverage Awareness Certification) may be required, depending on location nt
• Additional security clearance may be required, based on location requirements nt
