What Youll Do- Assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients in a surgical environment
- Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure sterile fields during procedures
- Transport patients to and from the OR, positioning them appropriately for surgery
- Prepare surgical instruments and supplies according to each case
- Pass instruments and sutures to surgeons, supporting various surgical specialties
- Monitor and control the surgical environment to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to deliver optimal patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies on infection control, safety, and patient privacy
- Perform duties across multiple surgical specialties, including CVOR, Neurosurgery, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, Plastics, and more
What You Need- Valid Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CVOR and Neurosurgery (required)
- Experience in general, ortho, plastics, urology, ENT, or vascular surgery (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
