Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What Youll Do
Provide routine and complex labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a busy hospital setting
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
Document patient histories, symptoms, medication administration, and care plans accurately
Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal and maternal emergency protocols as needed
Support long-term patient care goals and adapt to evolving clinical situations
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
Current NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications from AHA
At least 1 year of recent labor and delivery or perinatal RN experience
Specialty certifications such as NCC C-EFM or AWHONN Intermediate FHM (preferred)
Preferred:
Perinatal RN residency or recent work experience in a similar setting
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
