  • Business alignment: Work with unit management team to understand long-term and short-term business goals and challenges, develop unit-based talent strategies, HR solutions and initiatives to achieve objectives.
  • Empower Organizational Transformation: As one of the change agent to drive strategic transformation topics like business agility and AI organization transformation from organization design, organizational supporting mechanisms, talent and capability development, leadership development, etc.
  • Organizational and Talent Development: Develop unit specific workforce development initiatives focusing on building capabilities and succession plan for critical role to strengthen organization capability and talent pipeline.
  • Organizational Culture and Leadership development: According to the business development stage, reshape and continuously strengthen organizational culture, promote its implementation in specific business unit. Enable business managers to continuously improve their HR management capabilities, especially performance management, to drive high performance culture and improve employee engagement.
  • HR Operational Excellence: Drive adoption of the MT HR service delivery model within the business. Contribute to HR processes realization, ensure operational execution.

  • Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Masters degree e.g. MBA, M.S. in OD preferred.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HR/BPO/OD role partnering with business units.
  • High tech or Manufacturing industry background is preferred.
  • Proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals, hands-on expertise in workforce planning, organization design, change management.
  • Experience with competency modeling and high-potential talent development program design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of related issues.
  • Data-driven mindset, know how to use metrics to justify HR initiatives, support on decision making.
  • Coaching skills enabling leaders to own performance management, feedback and team development.
  • Has good English language skills, both written and spoken.
