About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support III professional to join a Global Logistics team supporting cross-border import operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing high-volume administrative processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track a high volume of operational cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Process repair claims and support shipment issue resolution.
- Coordinate escalations for containers held in customs and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners through email and internal systems.
- Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources to support operational decision-making.
- Create reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other Office applications.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with operational projects.
- Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles.
- Advanced Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, import/export, or freight operations.
- Experience working in a large or global organization.
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives or operational projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
