What You'll Do:

• Support a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the cath lab
• Prepare lab environment, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Document patient information and maintain sterile technique during procedures
• Assist physicians during complex catheterization and imaging procedures
• Support patient safety, positioning, and equipment operation (including advanced tech like ultrasound, contrast injectors, and intra-aortic balloon pump)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and quality patient care
• Serve as a preceptor and resource on advanced procedures and technology
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols, including radiation safety measures
• Participate in unit-based projects and process improvements

What You Need:

• Associate’s degree in cardiovascular, radiologic, or related healthcare field (preferred)
• 2+ years experience in Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology, or Cath/EP Lab
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) as required
• Relevant certifications such as RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT credentials
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and patient safety focus
