Position Details:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $73.70
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Travel assignments with diverse settings requiring your adaptable skill set

Responsibilities:
  • Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring the highest standards of sterile technique, patient safety, and equipment functionality
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and the procedure team, assisting in complex interventions such as IVUS, intracardiac echo, thrombectomy, LVAD management, and structural heart procedures
  • Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and procedural rooms for optimal efficiency
  • Document patient information, hemodynamic measurements, and procedural details accurately
  • Serve as a preceptor for junior team members, sharing your expertise in advanced procedures and technology
  • Promote organizational principles rooted in Catholic Healthcare, emphasizing dignity, respect, and holistic care
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and organizational policies
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, team education, and process enhancements
  • Support patient transport and care continuity throughout the procedural process

Requirements:
  • Degree: Associate’s in cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, or related healthcare field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in diagnostic, interventional radiology, or cath lab environments
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (for pediatric procedures), and a specialized registry credential such as RCIS, RCES, RCS, or equivalent recognized by ARRT or ARDMS
  • Certifications must be obtained within designated time frames in accordance with organizational policy
  • Licensure, registration, or certification compliance as required by law and hospital policies

  • Strong proficiency with invasive cardiac procedures and laboratory technologies
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
  • Adaptability to travel assignments with a flexible, proactive approach
