Job Overview

As a Customer Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing computer and user support, including installation and configuration of hardware and software, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio-visual and video conference equipment. You will also perform basic network and telephony support, with occasional travel between FDOT locations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of workstation hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or above operating systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing a ladder and stooping.
• Flexibility to work hours between 7:00 AM & 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Preferences

• Technical certifications from workstation training programs such as CompTIA A+ and Network+.
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in customer service and technical support roles.
