What You’ll Do
  • Assist in preparing operating rooms for adult and pediatric surgeries, including robotics and specialized procedures (Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Titanium Rib, etc.)
  • Maintain sterile fields and ensure aseptic techniques throughout procedures
  • Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to physicians during surgery
  • Fetch, prepare, and set up surgical instruments and supplies according to the case and physician preferences
  • Transport patients to and from the OR, position patients appropriately, and monitor biological specimens during procedures
  • Ensure safety and infection control protocols are followed at all times
  • Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple specialty areas and adapt to various surgical environments
  • Follow hospital policies for sterilization, decontamination, and OR environment management


What You Need
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience preferred
  • Ability to scrub in at least three surgical specialties, including robotics, highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and OR procedures
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
