Position: Operations Specialist (Data Entry & Document Processing)

Location: Scranton, PA

Assignment: 11/30/2026 – 11/29/2027

Pay Range: $19.78 hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: 10:30am- 7pm for every Monday & 9:30am-6pm every Tuesday- Friday

Fully Onsite: Please note that this role is required 5 days in office

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily operational functions through high-volume data entry, document preparation, mail processing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Scan, organize, and electronically file documents.
• Prepare and process documentation for Letters of Credit.
• Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records.
• Generate and maintain operational reports.
• Conduct investigative research to resolve discrepancies and support operational processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks while meeting productivity goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload.
• Comfortable performing investigative or research-related tasks.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
