• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full Time – Travel RN
• License/Certs: RN license in good standing in TX or a compact state; BLS required
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant clinical settings; Pediatric and rheumatology experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients with rheumatology needs
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for efficacy and side effects
• Assist physicians with patient care, preparation of equipment, and documentation
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs within the nursing process
• Educate and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate medical records following clinical policies and standards
• Support patient safety practices and contribute to quality improvement activities

What You Need

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
• 6 months to 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Experience with EPIC and insurance authorization highly preferred
