License/Certs: RN license in good standing in TX or a compact state; BLS required
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant clinical settings; Pediatric and rheumatology experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay rate: $46.90/hour

What Youll Do
Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients with rheumatology needs
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for efficacy and side effects
Assist physicians with patient care, preparation of equipment, and documentation
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs within the nursing process
Educate and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate medical records following clinical policies and standards
Support patient safety practices and contribute to quality improvement activities
What You Need
Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
6 months to 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
Experience with EPIC and insurance authorization highly preferred
