We currently have Team Leader positions available 2nd shift in various departments. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meets daily production levels.
• Reports any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to Supervisor.
• Performs kaizen activities.
• Performs one-by-one process through work instructions.
• Performs line quality checks.
• Knowledge of quality equipment.
• Records daily production totals.
• Keep work area within the 3-Pillar standards.
