The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

Job Skills / Requirements

Second shift: Noon- Midnight

Objectives:

• Supervise teams of security officers at multiple locations
• Travel between locations to check on security officers and sites
• Ensure security officer coverage at job sites and officer compliance based on company and client policies
• Facilitate communication and support with Per Mar clients and Per Mar management
• Provide immediate support to Per Mar clients due to emergency incidents
• Per Mar provides a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for security officers during shift
• Assist with the training of new security officers and with ongoing training for existing officers, per site location specifics
• Conduct client property checks and respond to and investigate commercial building alarms at Per Mar client facilities in the greater Madison area
• Collaborate with clients and Per Mar staff to ensure operational success
• Communicate with clients and Per Mar Operational Managers regarding incidents and security officer coverage
• Provide security in situations where coverage is not available

Preferred Qualifications:

• Skilled with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
• Must have at least 2 years of previous security experience
• Ability to write clear and concise activity and incident reports
• Previous law enforcement or military service
• Proactive, engaged, and hands-on attitude
• Must have a driver's license
• Must have a Wisconsin Security License.
