MBA Consulting Services is looking for a motivated IT Systems Implementation Administrator to join our team supporting technology deployments and operational systems for the United States Postal Service. You’ll gain hands-on experience with hardware setup, networking, troubleshooting, and field technology support while working alongside experienced technical professionals.

Location: Merrifield, VA - 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with setting up and deploying new systems
- Prepare, image, and ship hardware equipment to field sites
- Support hardware installations, cable connections, and equipment setup
- Help configure systems and verify network connectivity
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, and configuration issues
- Work with senior technical staff, developers, and local IT teams to resolve problems
- Support testing activities to ensure systems communicate properly
- Assist with updating system configurations and responding to support requests
- Provide technical assistance and support to USPS operational personnel
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in IT, networking, hardware support, or technical operations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable learning new technology and working in a team environment
- Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field preferred
- Internship, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience is a plus
- Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware setup, or command-line tools is helpful but not required
