Coordinate outreach, events, communications and administrative records for a proposed Navy Technology Transfer Program Management Office team.

Axyde is assembling a team for a potential federal government engagement. Employment or consulting engagement is contingent on government contract award and funding, and agreement on final terms. This is not an immediate funded opening.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategy and coordinate FLC regional events and the DON T2 awards program.
• Support ONR Legislative Affairs coordination through approved government channels.
• Draft executive correspondence, annual-report content, agendas and minutes; maintain the PMO calendar.
• Coordinate website push tickets, social media and Teams communications; organize shared-drive and cloud records.
• Support annual business-plan reviews and related data entry.

Required background

• BS or BA from an accredited university.
• Recent experience within the last five years in event coordination and management, strategic outreach/in-reach planning, legislative affairs coordination, executive writing, calendar management, social media and records/knowledge management.
• Accurate writing, schedule control and disciplined handling of government approvals and records.

Preferred experience

Navy, federal laboratory, ORTA or Federal Laboratory Consortium engagement experience.

Work arrangement

The draft PWS budgets one FTE and 1,920 annual hours. Arlington on-site support is required, with telework subject to government direction. Compensation and final schedule will be established before an offer. Applicable government access and information-handling requirements will apply.
