Contingent opportunity: Axyde Analytics is building a proposed team for ERDC Fellowship Program Administration and Research Support. This is advance recruiting, not an awarded or funded position. Hiring, hours, start date and final duties depend on contract award, funding, task orders and mutually agreed terms. Fractional support may be appropriate; no hours are guaranteed.

Work arrangement: Remote administrative work is proposed, with travel and onsite support as required. Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde's administrative base, not an established ERDC duty station. Fully remote work is not guaranteed.

Fellowship Program Systems and Reporting Specialist

Configure and support the administrative records, workflow and reporting systems needed to operate a proposed fellowship program. Fractional mobilization and ongoing support are anticipated; final effort depends on task orders.

Responsibilities

• Build a controlled participant and appointment register linking laboratory, task order, funding, dates, approvals and deliverables.
• Configure application/intake, eligibility, onboarding, renewal, travel, agreement and closeout workflows using approved tools.
• Implement role-based access, audit history, data validation, retention procedures and documented reconciliation interfaces with finance.
• Create dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports; monitor missing records, approaching end dates, workload and payment exceptions.
• Test workflows and reports, train administrators and maintain procedures and recovery documentation.

What we seek

• Hands-on workflow/database/reporting implementation for research, education, grants or comparable participant programs.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, data quality controls and experience protecting confidential participant records.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into tested, maintainable tools and clear user documentation.

Preferred: approved Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Platform or comparable workflow tools, fellowship administration and federal contractor data handling. Specific platforms and security requirements will follow the final contract; no clearance requirement is asserted.
