FEDERAL LITIGATION SKILLS INSTRUCTOR — EEOC / MSPB / FLRA
PWS 5.4: design and deliver practical federal litigation training, including opening/closing statements, direct and cross-examination, exhibits, deposition skills, negotiation and legal writing. Document personally delivered courses, relevant EEOC/MSPB/FLRA litigation experience, instructional materials and evaluation methods. Identify exact subject strengths; no assumption that one instructor covers every forum. Attorney/instructor credentials must be relevant to the assigned module.
