Job Objective:
Enable effective operations planning and execution by maintaining accurate EAM records, equipment information, material visibility, and work documentation. This role improves EAM content, supports standardized work processes, and provides reliable information for operations, maintenance, and audit readiness.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment records, hierarchy, asset relationships, and inventory records, supporting EAM as the master equipment list.
  • Improve work order closeout quality by supporting complete documentation, checklist completion, material usage tracking, and required attachments in EAM.
  • Continuously improve EAM content, workflows, and data quality to advance standardization and adoption across the organization.
  • Create and maintain work orders, maintenance plans, checklists, asset assignments, and related records for maintenance, inspection, operational, and regulatory activities.
  • Develop and update digital checklists, including conversion of paper forms and manual tracking tools into standardized EAM processes.
  • Provide operations support by organizing information, facilitating planning processes, and helping manage communications related to work management and execution.
  • Coordinate weekly work and maintenance planning with operations teams, including review of upcoming work, priorities, resource needs, materials, and closeout status.
  • Support work order closeout quality through accurate documentation, checklist completion, material usage, and required attachments.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to standardize EAM workflows, data expectations, and work management processes.
  • Capture and maintain equipment and material data needed to support the master equipment list, MEL items, critical equipment lists, and asset reporting.
  • Link bills of materials and applicable spare parts to equipment records and maintenance plans to support work planning, inventory readiness, and warehouse coordination.
  • Produce reports and support audit documentation, planning reviews, inventory reviews, and data quality checks.
  • Train end users and coordinate routine alignment meetings with operations teams.
  •  Support operations planning by providing accurate EAM information, work status, material visibility, and coordination support.

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years minimum experience in oil and gas operations, maintenance planning, work management, or EAM/CMMS.
  • Experience with Octave Attune EAM preferred, or similar CMMS/EAM systems used for work management, maintenance planning, equipment records, materials, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review, reconcile, and maintain data integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow work through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create clear procedures, and train end users.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with midstream operations, 49 CFR Part 192/195 O&M requirements, plant operations, or PSM requirements preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college, or any equivalent combination of education and work experience.
