West Chester University's Division of Student Affairs invites applications for the position of Residence Hall Coordinator for Residence Life and Housing. This is a full-time temporary two-year appointment with the possibility to extend up to four years. It includes benefits and residential on-campus housing.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residence Education, the Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) promotes learning and development for as many as 5,400 students living in on-campus residence halls and apartments; maintains the daily operation for one residence facility; and supervises undergraduate student staff. The (RHC) is responsible for student and community development and engagement of a residence hall or apartment complex through programming, staff development, crisis management, leadership, education, and engagement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; a genuine commitment to student success; experience in residence life; knowledge of federal mandates including ADA, FERPA, TIX, and VAWA; and experience working with a diverse college student population.

Salary and benefits are dictated by the State College and University Professional Association (SCUPA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This position requires a valid drivers license.
