The Psychology Department, part of the College of Sciences and Mathematics, seeks to advance the discipline of Psychology as an area of scholarly, professional, and scientific endeavor in a diverse and inclusive environment. Our primary focus is to provide a high quality, liberal-arts education wherein students and faculty members exchange ideas stemming from a variety of viewpoints in an environment of mutual respect, collaboration, and equity. The Temporary Faculty member will teach graduate-level courses in the Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. The incumbent may provide learning via in-person, face-to-face, and/or online modalities depending on program requirements and departmental needs. Teaching assignments may vary based on departmental needs and may include courses such as Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, Leadership, Research Methods, Statistics, and related topics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality instruction, student success, and the application of industrial-organizational psychology in academic and/or professional setting.
Appointments are made on a semester-by-semester basis. A typical semester workload may be up to 9 credits dependent upon departmental needs.

Salary per three-credit course is $7,028.19
